Just note that some in the field of epigenetics would consider this book pseudoscience. However, it's never bad to have right thinking so enjoy the read, if you can get past the poor formatting. Words are bunched together with no space, missing punctuation. As for editing of a professional book this rates as one of the worst I've seen.

This book has good wisdom and is very helpful. The mind is the most essential thing to get ahold of and renew. This book explains the scientifical insight of what scripture says about our minds, and addresses the issues of the brain/mind and truth about our minds. There is hope for a renewed mind that we can have under control to change our lives and others. I highly recommend this book, as a firm believer in Christ, to anybody.

I purchased the hard cover a few years back. If more people would pursue the things of God in their search for wellness as much as they pursue group therapy And phychiatrists And medication, it would be an interesting thing to see. I wish this material was available in most mental hospitals and clinics
