About the author

Dr. Govindprasad Shyamlal Kushwaha, former Head of the Department of English at Municipal Arts and Science College, Mehsana, Gujarat, taught English and literature to graduate, postgraduate and M.Phil students for about thirty-five years. He did his postgraduate Certificate PGCTE and Diploma PGDTE from Central Institute of English and Foreign Languages (CIEFL), Hyderabad. He has more than twenty research papers and literary articles to his credit published in various magazines and journals. He also worked in the capacity of Key Resource Person (KRP) to impart training on the subject of phonetics and pronunciation to secondary school and college teachers. He currently devotes his time in giving lectures on phonetics, pronunciation and literature, doing social work and his foray into writing in English began with Life After Death and other Poems.
