Good content overall - for me it has the right balance of information, background, mini case studies and recipes. The layout is awful in places though with tables not displaying correctly making the meal plans at the end of the book completely unusable (there are others elsewhere but here was the worst offender). Of course there are no pictures either which would have been nice for the recipe section to see how things should turn out. I'd suggest buying a physical copy of this rather than the ebook.

I was really looking forward to read this book. The content is great. My low rating was more about the format of the ebook, as the pages were in a weird yellow colour(which made it very difficult to read) and some pages were not aligned i. e. the content of a table I the 'daily plan section' was scattered to 3-4 pages which is not really acceptable. Disappointed.
