Dr. Shweta Gadekar is a distinguished physician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine at Chirayu Medical College, Bhopal. She earned her MBBS from Government Medical College, Nagpur (2009-2014) and completed her MD in Medicine from Indira Gandhi Government Medical College (IGGMC), Nagpur (2016-2019). Dr. Premlata Solanki is an Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine at LN Medical College and Hospital, Bhopal. With four years of teaching experience and a specialization in diabetes and emergency medicine, she is a committed educator and clinician dedicated to improving patient outcomes and advancing medical knowledge.

Dr. Solanki began her medical journey with an MBBS degree from MGM Medical College and Research Centre, Indore, in 2007, and later pursued her MD in General Medicine at Gandhi Medical College, Bhopal, graduating in 2016. Her expertise was further enriched during her Senior Residency at Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar, and AIIMS Bhopal, where she served from 2016 to 2021.

Since 2021, Dr. Solanki has been serving as an Assistant Professor, initially at LN Medical College and subsequently at AIIMS Bhopal in the Trauma and Emergency department, where she demonstrated her dedication to acute care. Dr. Ankit Tiwari is a Consultant in Internal Medicine at Sagar Multispeciality Hospital, Bhopal, with a robust background in clinical practice and medical education. He completed his MBBS in 2014 from the prestigious Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, Mumbai, and pursued his MD in General Medicine from Topiwala National Medical College and BYL Nair Charitable Hospital, Mumbai (2015-2018). Dr. Tiwari further honed his expertise with a Senior Residency at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhopal, accumulating three years of hands-on experience in internal medicine.

With additional experience as an Assistant Professor at Government Medical College, Nagpur, Indira Gandhi Government Medical College, Nagpur, and LN Medical College, Bhopal, Dr. Tiwari has contributed significantly to both patient care and medical education, with a cumulative teaching experience of 1 year and 9 months. He has authored seven publications, focusing on various aspects of internal medicine and patient outcomes, underscoring his commitment to advancing healthcare through research and clinical excellence. 

Dr. Hindeshwari Rai, MBBS, MD- General Medicine working as Assistant Professor in the Department of General Medicine at Bundelkhand Medical College and Hospital in Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. Known for her dedication to both patient care and medical education, Dr. Rai has contributed significantly to the advancement of clinical practices and the training of future healthcare professionals.

Dr. Rai completed her MBBS at Shyam Shah Medical College in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh in 2013 , and earned her MD in General Medicine at Gajra Raja Medical College in Gwalior in 2017. She further honed her clinical skills through 2 years senior residency at Bundelkhand Medical College, Sagar and AIIMS Bhopal amassing invaluable experience that enhances her teaching and clinical practice.

With over five years of teaching experience, Dr. Rai has been instrumental in implementing competency-based medical education (CBME) and curriculum development through specialized training programs, including the Curriculum Implementation Support Program (CISP) and the Basic Course in Biomedical Research (BCBR), under the National Medical Council (NMC). She is also certified in diabetes management, having completed the Certified Course in Evidence-Based Diabetes Management (CCEBDM).

In addition to her role in medical education, Dr. Rai has contributed to Madhya Pradesh’s initiative to offer medical education in Hindi by translating several key topics in medicine for the MBBS syllabus. She is a well-renowned Paediatrician, Neonatologist, and Paediatric Allergy Specialist and her areas of interest involve Neonatology, Childhood Development Disorders, and Critical Care. 

Dr. Poorvi has done Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS, 2010-2016) from Bhaskar Medical College - Hyderabad, Telangana, India. She has done her post-graduation in Paediatrics (MD, 2017-2020) from AJ Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre - Mangalore, Karnataka, India. 

She has done a Fellowship in Non-Invasive Ventilation (FNIV) from the International School of Non-Invasive Ventilation - Spain, Europe in the year 2024. She has also done the Foundation Course in Palliative Care (FCPC) completed in May 2024 and Foundation Course in Palliative Medicine (FCPM) completed in June 2024 from Trivandrum Institute of Palliative Sciences, Kerala, India.

Dr. Poorvi has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Child Counselling (PGDCC), Diploma in Child Psychology (DCP), Post Graduate Diploma in Nutrition (PGDN), Post Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy (PGDN) in the year 2024 from British Learning, London, United Kingdom.

She is a Life Member of the Indian Academy of Paediatrics, Mumbai, India. She is a fellow member of the International Organization for Academic and Scientific Development (FIOASD). She is also a fellow member of the Non-Invasive Ventilation (FNIV), Spain, Europe.

Dr. Ayush Pandey is a Consultant in the Department of Pulmonary Medicine at Chirayu Medical College and Hospital, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India. He has work experience of more than 8 years and vast experience in the clinical field. He is a well-renowned Pulmonologist and Allergy Specialist and his areas of interest involve Respiratory Diseases, Allergy, Interventional Pulmonology and Sleep Medicine.

Dr. Md Noor Alam Khan is a dedicated Senior Resident in the Department of Pediatrics at Noida International Institute of Medical Sciences (NIIMS). With six years of rich clinical and academic experience, Dr. Khan brings a strong foundation in pediatrics and a commitment to advancing child healthcare. Dr. Maibam Debala Chanu is a highly experienced Consultant Pathologist currently practicing at General Diagnostic International Pvt Ltd, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai. 

Dr. Chanu was commissioned into the Indian Navy as a Short Service Commission Officer in 2005, where she served with distinction for a decade. Her time in the Navy honed her leadership and clinical skills, enabling her to handle critical medical situations with precision and care.

Dr. Rajdeep Paul is a distinguished specialist in Medical Microbiology with over six years of experience in teaching and research. His expertise is backed by a PhD in Medical Microbiology, and he has furthered his specialization with a fellowship in clinical microbiology.

Currently, Dr. Paul serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Microbiology at Chirayu Medical College & Hospital in Bhopal. In addition to his teaching role, he is an Infection Control Officer, where he plays a pivotal role in implementing and supervising infection control protocols to maintain a safe healthcare environment.

Dr. Kuldeep Singh is a distinguished expert in Medical Microbiology with over a decade of teaching experience. Currently, he serves as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Microbiology at Chirayu Medical College & Hospital in Bhopal. Dr. Singh's academic credentials include a PhD in Medical Microbiology, and he has further advanced his specialization by completing a fellowship in clinical microbiology.

Throughout his career, Dr. Singh has made significant contributions to the field, authoring more than 30 publications in esteemed national and international journals. Additionally, he has published two books on medical microbiology, underscoring his commitment to advancing knowledge and educating others in the discipline.
