Worth the buy & such a breeze to read too ! Reading this book was an eye-opener...TBH , this was my first purchased E-book and something that I finished reading as soon as I bought it. It literally calms you down- whether you had/ve Covid or Covid Like Symptoms. This was such an educative read for a lay man like me.Thank You @doctorvee for bringing this book to us... It is such a nice grab&go to educate and alert oneself to the reality ! The tips you shared and the emphasis you put in to the Vitamins & Supplements in the most crisp way is Commendable.... I must confess I am your fan now :)

Covid 19, the entire pandemic situation took us by a stroke where we saw the world fighting, everyone around us striving to make a difference by helping others and whatnot. Many lost their loved ones, and many survived. But is survival an easy task? The answer to this is given by Vishakha Shivdasani, who has ruled out a 6-point plan for helping the survivors lead a healthy and good life. The changes in the body, the deficiency of vitamins, minerals, etc, are all the major part of the book. How one can recover with exercise and stress management, stay away from the new virus attack, and much more such information has been given. It works as a guide if you are looking for one. The food habits, supplements, vital body nutrients, all is explained in the 6-point plan. I recommend that all should read this book, which can be a source of information for one and all.

Dr Vishakha Shivdasani (popularly known as DoctorVee) is a medical doctor and award-winning nutritionist. She has treated thousands of patients all over the world for weight management, and helped countless others reverse chronic health problems like diabetes, heart disease and other lifestyle ailments by judiciously combining nutrition and other lifestyle changes with medicine. She has been vice president of South Mumbai's Medical Association of Doctors. She is a recipient of Vogue's 'Nutritionist of the Year' award and has been named by the magazine as a top 'Wellness Influencer of India'. She also delivers talks and conducts workshops with corporate managements on health, nutrition and wellness.
