This was by far my most favorite book in the Dragonkeeper series. I loved the themes about family, love, and sacrifice. This book had me laughing and crying throughout the entire story. I was soooo happy that Kale and Bardon got together! i wanted them to since the time they met in Dragonquest. I loved loved loved this book!

Huge twists in the last half of this book. I couldn't put it down! A "must-read" !!!
