About this eBook

A dark, dirty, and delicious tale of forbidden romance, secrets, and a love that knows no bounds from USA Today bestselling author Jeana E. Mann.

He’s running from his future.

Too many women, wild parties, and a different hotel every night have left Elijah Crowe on the brink of implosion. He’s the most famous drummer in the world and has more money than he can spend in a lifetime, but he’s more alone than ever. Fed up with the limelight, he drops the mic in the middle of a concert, walks off stage, and disappears.

She’s running from her past.

Lauren Caldwell lives a quiet life as an obstetrics nurse. After a failed relationship, she devotes her time and energy to saving babies until a blind date delivers a missing rockstar into her lap. When tragedy strikes Lauren, Elijah offers to whisk her away on his private jet. Each moment together is bittersweet because Lauren knows it has to end. If the tabloids learn the truth about who she is, it will ruin Elijah's career.

Elijah’s fame threatens to reveal the secret Lauren has so carefully hidden. His handlers are determined to get him back on tour, but how can he return to the limelight when it will destroy Lauren’s life?

**This is a standalone, enemies-to-lovers, secret baby, billionaire, rockstar romance.

I read all the books in the series and it was hard for me to get through Luke and Elliot's stories. it was too focused on that Elliot loved Luke and hard to get past and enjoy their stories with the girls. it left me completely unsettled because of all the conflicting actions and statements. the hallway in the bar, them disappearing for hours? "intimate smiles heated glances" did they move on or not? c'mon.i was played for a fool and so were the girls.

Why why why why why Elijah started out as this Rock God: impulsive ,creative, dangerous humorous, edgy, sexy Rockstar. In the book IMPULSIVE he was awesome!!!!🍆🤘😎💣🔥☄⚡However in" Drift"😴 he was calm, sad, reformed and watered down😐 Drift definitely does answer a huge question about a floating character in this book however that bombshell was the only true spark in the whole book. I like Elijah in Impulsive he was naturally outrageous. I wish this Drift would have given the reader a lot more of that Elijah. Lauren wasn't very interesting as a character ,other than her slight secret she had no spark. However Lauren was caring, kind, sweet and attentive with Eli at a time in his life where he needed a person like her.😇😐😪
