I've read around 100 books in this type of genre, but this is different. kudos dear author. you have my praise. I'm a book worm yet I rarely stop and read a book in one sitting, yet this book caught my attention so damn well, that I read it in one day. start to finish no breaks. it's just that good. seriously I need the sequel. I'm not sure if I could wait 6 months or 1 year for it, that's how much I enjoyed this book. thank you dear author for this work of art

Really a great read especially first-time! Events happen rather slowly 🐌 which does build suspense! Weaknesses are not using weapons and magic (other than fire), much less the anti-friendly monster stance, to increase efficiency. BTW, fist fighting is just dumb and wrong-headed for many reasons like attack power and range of attack for a couple of them. BTW the way sending in new recruits bare handed is just plain stupid too! Please break out more weapons like swords, axes, maces. Why so stuck on daggers? How about some bows and arrows? Honestly hitting flying squirrels with a shovel? Throwing knives made more sense there. Some more diverse magic scenes would be nice too. If armor is ok why no modern Kevlar or ceramics? Carry 100lbs in body weights or 100lbs in armor which would I choose for a dungeon? Come on man!

I'm a big fan of this one. After reading as much LNs and manga as I do, you start getting bored of the selfjerk powertrip fantasy stuff. You start seeking something much more realistic, and something that'd be "more plausible". As far as I'm aware, this LN hits that criteria and more perfectly. Unique, intelligent character who isn't a coward when it comes to women? Yup. Good plot with overall progression explained in interested ways? Yup. Cute girls? Absolutely. The only wish I have is that Vol. 2 gets released ASAP as I can't wait to find out what happens next. Edit: As of writing this, 13/03/21, Vol 2 is being translated. You can kinda track progress at the jnovelclub website. Edit 2: 26th May is vol 2. yeah boiiii
