It was a fun quick sexy read. I really liked how she let the budding relationship be the focus of the story and it's not bogged down with a lot of technical fluff. The main characters are a sports medicine doctor and an old high school nemesis who plays for a hurling team. I'm invested in the characters, so I'll guess I have to get the next book to see how the team does in the playoffs.

Quarles is one of the most talented authors of this genre I've EVER read. It's hot, it's fun, and it's drool-worthy. Most of this stuff I pick up is good for some heavy breathing and food for imagination. But this one was downright quality writing, editing and proofing. A great story in every sense of the word.

First time reading by this particular author centered around its main characters Luke and Pepper who defy all odds and insecurities to try love. The characters cause you to root for them and cheer their tenacity. Highly recommended read and kept wait to read Aiden and Claire's story.
