The entire Vastu Shastra is completely based on the principles of nature. Just as the Earth's North Pole and the South Pole are endowed with magnetic power, similarly the upper part of a person's head is called the North Pole and the lower part of the feet is called the South Pole. As magnetic power always flows from the North Pole to the South Pole; The North Pole and the South Pole always push the South Pole away from them. Special attention is given to these qualities of man and earth in Vastu-shastra.
The most important thing in Vastu-shastra is that there is no place for the word 'inanimate' in it. In it, 'living' and 'non-living', all things have their importance. Today modern science also agrees with this view.
