This volume has good writing and it gets really good forwards the end, but there is just something missing to make this a great story for me. It kind of feels like Batman HUSH, but without the star stuffed cast and cameos.

I was really disappointed. Story was below average. Slow paced. Fake drama. And was about as anticlimactic as they come. Art style was dark and dreary, and I don't mean that as I compliment... Do yourself a favor and skip this read.

If you've seen the movie, haven't seen the movie, want to see the movie, I don't care, read this! Ed Brubaker is an incredible writer and the Winter Soldier saga is his masterpiece.
