Eileen has robbed me of sleep, again. I really loved this book. I have read a lot of murder mysteries, young adult and suspense novels, and I must admit, I was taken by surprise with The Hanging Girl. I truly did not see the ending as it was written, and my predictions for whodunit were so far off by the middle of the book, I couldn’t wait to read what would happen next -- my page turning speed definitely raced past the legal limit. This novel is entertaining and enticing. Eileen is spot-on with her teen characters, from their jealous hormonal outbursts, to their inner not-so-innocent thoughts, as she perfectly portrays the kind of characters we just love…and love to hate. I love all of Eileen’s books. Her stories are entertaining, every time, without fail. I am eager to see what Eileen has in store for us next!

Eileen Cook is a multi-published author with her novels appearing in eight different languages. She spent most of her teen years wishing she were someone else or somewhere else, which is great training for a writer.
