About this eBook

#1 New York Times Best Seller!

"Eleanor & Park reminded me not just what it's like to be young and in love with a girl, but also what it's like to be young and in love with a book."-John Green, The New York Times Book Review
Bono met his wife in high school, Park says.
So did Jerry Lee Lewis, Eleanor answers.
I'm not kidding, he says.
You should be, she says, we're 16.
What about Romeo and Juliet?
Shallow, confused, then dead.

I love you, Park says.
Wherefore art thou, Eleanor answers.
I'm not kidding, he says.
You should be.
Set over the course of one school year in 1986, this is the story of two star-crossed misfits-smart enough to know that first love almost never lasts, but brave and desperate enough to try. When Eleanor meets Park, you'll remember your own first love-and just how hard it pulled you under.

A unique tale on the coming of age experience, filled with bittersweet moments and lots of emotional beats. Showing what relationships are capable of while showing the challenges of personal life, fate and love. Cameron Crowe or either Kelly Fremon Craig should direct the movie adaptation of this book. I discontinued reading this for a year, and then take a pause for another year when I finally decided to continue and finish this book at my school, thinking to myself that whenever I ride on the bus I will see it differently.

Eleanor and park is a very good book it hurt me what happened at the end tbh I really wanted them together and if not for Richie they would have been together..it's sad but it's life, the book made me happy but the ending hurt me somehow (just really wanted the best for them I guess). This is a very good book to read and really it is, so if u want to read or buy this book it's a good decision...

this book made me cry in a bus and so it's the bomb. but seriously, it's such a nice and cool story about first loves and how the feeling is just heavenly and so fast and so explicit. it's such a sad thing to realize how small we are in the expanse of the universe and so lucky when we find that one person who makes us feel everything. this book made me love "love" and i can't think about this book without having the overwhelming urge to reread it again and again.
