Lectures on Theoretical Physics provides an overview of the fundamental principles of electrodynamics. It presents biographical notes on several scientists, including Michael Faraday, James Clerk Maxwell, Heinrich Hertz, and André Marie Ampère. The book is comprised of four parts encompassing 38 chapters. Part One explains Maxwell's equation as an axiomatic basis, in the coordinates and in differential form, but in integral form.
