About this ebook

I had a love-hate relationship with hockey players.

They’d won over my protected, carefully-controlled heart, and I accepted that they had a place in my town.

And in my heart.

Mostly because Joel had waltzed right in and made himself at home.

And…I’d fallen for him. Deep.

But now the man had decided he was going to waltz back out…leaving a giant, hockey-player-sized hole in my soul and my heart shredded beneath his sharp skate blades.

The man had broken me.

And he’d done it with a smile on his face.

Having read and enjoyed the previous books I could not wait to see what Ms. Faber had in store for Billie Rose and Joel.
The push and pull dynamic of their relationship was entertaining as it evolved. Their journey had its ups and down and was complicated. I loved that Joel was determined to break down the walls that Rose built. All in all an emotional story that got to me on numerous levels.

Oh, what a journey Rosie and Joel have taken us on. Expect plenty of intense emotions, twists and turns, and huge feels as their story comes to a close.
