About this ebook

Jalayla couldn’t believe the arrogance of the man!  To actually order her around?  How rude!  But beneath the surface of her anger towards the handsome prince, there was a simmering heat, an uninvited fascination with the man that she couldn’t seem to fight.  Every time he touched her, every time he even looked at her, she felt that strange sensation.

Tasir wanted to fire her at first sight.  She argued with him about everything and challenged him in ways that no other woman dared.  So why did he want to pick the woman up and make love to her?  Initially, he didn’t know that the lovely woman with fiery eyes and a sensuous figure was the one and only Princess Jalayla.  And was determined that he would have her for his own.

So what’s a man to do when he finds out that the woman of his dreams is promised to marry another man?

I really liked it. It was a good short read. I wish it didn't leave me hanging and that there was a bit more substnce btwn the 2 before they said they were in love but overall despite it being short, it held a lot of content and I read it all without skimming or skipping any parts. I don't think the prince/princess were annoying, only thatthey hardly know each other but their moments seemed vry cute and realistic. The only thing is more character dvlpmnt and depth btwn them so I can believe its really love.

Several misspellings , and wrong use of the words, but overall, I like it. The book has series and the author mentioned it at the end of the book. Look for other series so you may continue reading and see how prince Tasir and his lover, continue their relationship. Oh wait! And discover how the pregnancy secret was reviled.

Left much to be desired. I've read short novels where I simply wanted to read more but this story makes me feel like the writer got tired of writing and left out a few chapter's. This is the first time I'm actually mad I bought the book. It should have been free. Terrible!

About the author

Elizabeth Lennox writes contemporary romance novels featuring sheiks, business tycoons, royalty, and other sexy rich men. Her male lead characters are smart, driven and determined, but can still be sensitive and vulnerable. Elizabeth’s female lead characters come from a variety of backgrounds. They are strong, intelligent and independent, while still feminine and caring.

Although she wanted to be a romance novelist since the eighth grade, that dream only became a (paid) reality for her in 2009 and a full time job in 2012. Along the way, she received a BS in History and held different jobs in the real estate, government consulting, and financial industries. All during that time, though, she was always writing, using her personal experiences, dreams, and travels throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean as backdrops for her stories. To date, she has written over seventy books and sold over one million copies. Her free novellas have been downloaded over 2.2 million times since 2013.

Elizabeth lives in Virginia with her husband and two children. Their home is just outside of Washington, D.C., and many of her novels are set in this area.
