About this ebook

He didn’t understand her, but he needed her.

FBI Special Agent Maddox Turner doesn’t know what to make of Ashely, the woman standing in the doorway, but he needed her help. Actually, he needed her house. Just a part of it! But would he be able to concentrate on the case when the adorable woman was walking about? Ashley’s house was in the perfect location to gain intel on a suspect.

But the more he learns of Angela’s troubles with the suspect, his need to protect her grows.

FBI agents Maddox and his team have a new assignment. Something is happening in this little town, similar to crime sprees in other small towns in the area. They have a suspect and need a place close by to surveil the suspect’s house, Ashley’s home is perfect. Maddox thinks Ashley is perfect too. The evil suspect is in their crosshairs and they are there to stop the criminals, protect Ashley and the town. I LOVED this awesome short, action who-done-it, laugh-a-lot, romance story. Linda
