About this ebook

When Gavin Blackstock lost a leg in an IED explosion defending his country, he lost his job, his friends and his chances for a normal life with a wife and children. He figures he won't ever find a bride who will accept him as an incomplete man. Until a friend points him to a mail-order bride service.

Wanted: Bride to live on a ranch in Montana. Must be willing to work hard and bear children.

As a princess of a small European nation, Aurelia St. George is required to marry and produce an heir before her thirtieth birthday or the kingdom will fall under the rule of the next person in the royal lineage. After two consecutive fiancé’s die before she can wed them, Aurelia is convinced she will have to go into stealth-mode to find a husband. Aurelia stumbles on an ad for a mail-order bride that might be just what she needs to meet her royal deadline. Not only is the man willing, but she can hide in Montana until her birthday and the birth of her baby.

Response: Woman with biological clock ticking seeks groom with a family in mind. Willing to work hard and bear children.

Gavin can’t believe his luck when his pretty bride arrives, but soon finds out he’s got to protect her or lose her. Together, they navigate a wedding that could potentially be under fire, only to lose their hearts in the process.

This is book 12 in the Brotherhood Protectors series and it features Gavin and Aurelia. This was not a match made in heaven but more like a match made on the Internet on a mail-order bride website. This action packed, sweet romance has a little steam and a lot of fantastic characters. Mail-order brides are from way back in the western horse and buggy days but this fabulous author has made it into a modern day romance.

Gavin Blackstock sees no way a woman would want to settle down and start a family with him now. Even when his friend signs him up for a mail-order-bride, he’s doubtful it’ll succeed. Princess Olivia (Aurelia) needs a husband and a baby if she hopes to keep her family’s legacy, but someone’s taking drastic steps to ensure that doesn’t happen. Being a mail-order-bride may be her only answer and her last chance. This is an engaging tale with charming characters and an intriguing storyline. It’s apparent from the first that Gavin and Aurelia are meant for each other. Their attraction is immediate, and their chemistry is strong. Although it may be obvious they’re meant for each other, Aurelia has secrets that could mean their end in more ways than one. She didn’t leave the danger behind, and as the threats increase it could really be their end. I recommend this fast-paced, entertaining and appealing addition to this wonderful series!
