SEAL's Ultimate Challenge

This might be my favorite SEAL book by Elle James. I’ve read a lot of books by Elle James (and I’ve read all of her Take No Prisoners books) and I think this one might just be my favorite. Although this is part of a series, you don’t need to have read any of the other stories to enjoy this one. This is also a very complete story with an HEA! [OK, I have to mention, though, that this story runs parallel to Elle’s SEAL’s Honor story. That is also a fantastic book so you might want to check it out.] Cory (Reaper) Nipton has suffered a terrible loss while on active duty as a SEAL. Leigha Fields also suffered a career-ending loss when she was a D.C. police officer. Leigha has recovered from her injury and started over with a new career as a physical therapist. She is assigned to Reaper’s case; her first one where she’s working on her own. Reaper is feeling like he’ll never be able to function as a worthwhile man again. In spite of it being against the rules, Leigha is deeply attracted to Reaper. In spite of being engaged, Reaper has never had the feelings for another woman that he has for Leigha (there's no cheating). There is action, suspense and heroism, worthy of any SEAL, in this fantastic story. I fell in love with Reaper and Leigha when they appeared in SEAL's Honor and I’m so happy that Elle finally wrote a story for this fantastic couple. NOTE: this book was previously published in 2015 as part of Cat Johnson's HOT SEAL's series Kindle World.
