Excersise 1 day a week, for 20 minutes? Gimme a break. If you're totally obese you'll lose 30lbs in 30 days with this book. If you're a regular size active person you won't lose a single pound.

This book is the same as his other one titled "Killing Fat". Very good material, programs, and testimonials. I had phenomenal gains with his program.

I have been working on a program for the past month based on similar principals, I got from reading the book. The high intensity program is working great for both myself and my workout partner. My only concern is that most people don't know proper form if they haven't spent years learning it. Even beginners using machines without proper guidance will most likely injure themselves or not be able to reach the intensity needed for success. Personally though, I've seen some great results in muscle hypertrophy and fat loss.
