About this ebook

Adrian made a huge mistake and is paying for it every freaking day.

He let his pride rule his mouth and now he’s in hell. He’s living with Ellie but not allowed to touch her as she prances around in yoga pants and tank tops.

He wants to bend her over the couch and…

But he can’t break his No-Touching rule. There’s no way he’s letting her know how she affects him. His only solution is to push her into breaking the rule first.

Ellie is torn. She loves living with Adrian, but this is moving too fast. They need to slow down but how can she do that with her libido in overdrive. The man walks around the apartment in a constant state of undress.

But she refuses to jump right into a new relationship again. She wants this one to last and that means slowing things down. She just hopes she doesn’t combust first.

This new adult, steamy, contemporary, holiday romantic comedy is laugh-out-loud funny and so hot that you’ll need a fan.

This is the third book in this holiday themed series about Adrian and Ellie. I just love how real these books about the way that the relationship between these two feel. The first bit of the book is the sexiest thing that I have read without actual physical contact between the two main characters as they live together but don’t touch as they agreed at the end of the last book. I could tell that wasn’t going to work but it’s so much fun reading about the two of them as they dance around each other. There are mistakes, misunderstandings, hot times in bed, lonely times in bed and a whole lot more which all made this book feel so realistic to me. I highly recommend this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Ellis O’Day’s books are always so different and at one point or another make me laugh and Cupid’s Misfire was all that and more. There were sad bits to be sure but the scene with Adrian and Craig at Murphy’s was priceless. It is hard to review this book without giving too much away but there are characters from previous books that help Adrian and Ellie have their happy ending. La Petite Mort Club is the common denominator and yet that is ironic given Adrian’s decision, but I am sure all will work out in the future. This is a truly wonderful read and although I enjoyed every word I am sorry the series is over it was great.

I love how Adrian stands up for himself, when Ellie continues to mistrust him. Good men like him are rare. Love the surprise twist at the end. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
