This is the 2nd book in the Hideaway at the Lagoon, Lumberjack Romance series featuring the fast-paced sweet,emotional, fake-fiance,insta-love, knight in shining armor, lumberjack romance between Kai and Nadia. Nadia and Ariel have just found out that their brother who passes away has a 4yr old son. Of course Nadia wants to raise her nephew but according to social services she needs a husband. That's when Kai comes in and he tells them that he and Nadia are getting married shortly they're engaged. Kai and Nadia have been seeing each other secretly and they're both in love with each other. Will their new situation force them to admit their feelings so that they can really be a family? You really need to read this fast-paced sweet, emotional, fake-fiance,insta-love, knight in shining armor, lumberjack romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book. Nadia and Kai have a friends with bennie relationship, although Kai wants more. Ariella and Nadia discover that their brother Nicholas, has a son who needs a home - Nadia readily volunteers, and she and Kai enter into a fake-ish relationship to increase her chances of winning guardianship. Later Nadia finds out that Kai is meant to go for an apprenticeship and doesn't want to hold him back. However Kai is not so easily persuaded to go. Short and sexy story that was really easy to read.
