I believe that UN are to blame for the murder of my nephew in Karabakh. I am not a supporter of Putin, but I do not understand: then why do you impose sanctions on him, but do not impose them on Aliyev and continue to buy his oil; The United States imposed sanctions on criminal Venezuela, but did not impose sanctions on criminal Aliyev. Then I believe that you are criminals, not dictator Aliyev. Until there are strict sanctions, not just calls for a cessation of hostilities, I will consider you a useless organization.
