While I love the idea of exploring women's lives who are childfree and there was a good amount of consideration to how that choice affects Olive's relationships, overall I found the plot and ending too fairytale/Hollywood for my tastes. The characters go through a lot of difficult circumstances but everything ends up in pretty, tidy bows. While I didn't love this book it was great to read a book with a childfree protagonist. I would read Gannon's next book as she has a great sense of relationship/emotional intelligence.
