A Game of Chance

A little mystery, a little romance, and a whole lot of fun. Meg and Chance are very likeable fun characters, each a little geeky in their own oddball way. They team up to find out who is stealing work from small independent developers like Meg all the while Chance has a secret. The story had a little too much tech talk for me but the characters kept the story interesting and me turning the pages. The story is cute, and oddly sexy considering the characters. Definitely an entertaining read that I would recommend.

This is a fun romance that I thoroughly enjoyed. Meg is a computer wiz whose work was stolen by a big tech firm, which has her breaking in to try to talk with its CEO one night. While there, she encounters Chance, who is also snooping where he doesn't belong. When Chance tracks Meg down the next day, they begin an uneasy partnership filled with lies and half truths. However, despite that, there is an incredible pull between them. The hidden identity was well done and entertaining, and the investigation had a twist I never saw coming. If you are a fan of the genre, you will love this book. While this is the first book I've read by this author, it won't be the last as I'm looking forward to reading more of her work. Put this one at the top of your TBR list as it is a must read.
