Rajalakshmi Subramaniam is the Founder and CEO of Talaash Research Consultants. She is also a Visiting Professor at School of Management, Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science Chennai. Her areas of research includes entrepreneurship, work culture at software organizations, creativity and innovation, agile project management, team work quality and emotional intelligence.

Sanjay Mohapatra is Professor at the Xavier Institute of Management, India.
