પછી તમારી 'ઇંગ્લિશ સ્પિકિંગ'ની ઇચ્છા મરી જવાનું શરૂ થાય છે. .
ભારતીય ભાષાઓ સમૃદ્ધ છે. આપણે જે બોલીએ તેજ લખીએ છીએ અંગ્રેજી ભાષા લખાય અને બોલાય જુદી જુદી રીતે છે. તેમના ઘણા શબ્દો ના ઉચ્ચાર એકજ હોય છે. .
દા. ત. "રાઈટ""ફેઅર""વિક""પ્રિંસિપલ" લખતી વખતે વ્યાકરણ વિશે વિચારવાની જરૂર છે, પરંતુ બોલતા હોય ત્યારે નથી. .
આ માનસિક અવરોધ ને હું "વ્યાકરણ ફોબિયા"કહું છું. .
પાંચમા સાતમા ધોરણે આપણે છત્રપતિ શિવાજી મહારાજથી મહાત્મા ગાંધીજી સુધી ઘણો ઇતિહાસ શીખડવાવમાં આવ્યો હતો. જેમાં આપણે અંગ્રેજો સામે કેવી રીતે લડ્યા તેની વીરતાની ગાથા આપણા મનમાં છપાઇ ગઈ. અને એજ લોકોની ભાષા આપણે શીખવાની.. આઆપણા મગજ માં વિરોધાભાસ તયાર કરે છે.
હવે તાંત્રિકે દૃષ્ટિએ અંગ્રેજી શીખવું આપણા માટે થઈ અનિવાર્ય થઈ ગયું છે.
આખી દુનિયામાં આખો માંનવ્ સમુદાય એક જ ભાષામાં વાત કરવા લાગ્યો છે.આ એક અદ્ભુત ચમત્કાર છે!
આખી દુનિયામાંથી લગભગ ચાર હજાર પાંચસો થી વધારે ભાષાઓ લુપ્ત થઈ ગઈ છે. br
હવે આપણી પારંપારિક ભાષા લખવા વાળી આપણી આ છેલ્લી પેઢી હશે.
અંગ્રેજી ભાષા શિખવાનો વિરોધ આપણા પરિવારમાં છે તો તમે અંગ્રેજી ભાષા નહિ બોલી શકશો.

4. છોકરીઓને ઇન્ટરવ્યૂ દરમિયાન વાળ ખંજવા, વાળ પર હાથ ફેરવવા, પલ્લુ વારંવાર સરખું કરવું એવું ન કરવું જોઈએ. આ તમારી નર્વસતાની નિશાની છે.....
5. ક્યારે પણ એવું ન કહો કે ત્યાં પગાર ઓછો હતો. ,કેમ કે તમને પાછો સવાલ પૂછવામાં આવશે કે ‘ઇફ યૂ ગેટ બેટર સેલરી ધેન ધિસ ધેન યૂ વિલ લીવ ધિસ જોબ અલ્સો’ .
6. ફોન પર વાત કરતા પહેલા તમે તમારી સ્ક્રિપ્ટ લખી તૈયાર કરો અને બેશક તેને વાંચો. સામેથી તે છોકરા કે છોકરી તમને જોતા તો નથી.
7. લગ્નમાં સમ્બન્ધીઓ પર ફાલતુ ખર્ચ કરવા અને હું કેટલું અમીર છું’ એ બતાવવાની જરૂરત નથી. લોકો બે દિવસ વાતો કરશે ત્રીજા દિવસ ભૂલી જશે અને તમે તે કરજ રકમ દસ વર્ષ સુધી ચૂકવતા રહેશો
8. કેમ છે તબિયત પાણી .
આ અભિવાદન નો પ્રકાર છે. આ ના અનુવાદ છે "હાઊ આર યૂ?"
..હાઊ ઇજ યુવર હેલ્થ એણ્ડ વોટર" નથી.

(આ દિવાળી પર મેં એક સોનાનો હાર બનાવડાવવું)
[ સોનાની ખરીદીને વ્યવહારમાં સોનું બનાવડાવવું કહેવાય છે. પરંતુ અંગ્રેજીમાં આ શબ્દનો સમાનાર્થી શબ્દ ‘મેનીફેક્ચર’ અથવા ‘પ્રિપેઅર’ છે. પણ અહીં ‘પરચેસ’શબ્દનો ઉપયોગ કરો.br
10. Today I have made Bhindi Aalu.
માતા: ટુડે આય હેવ મેડ ભિંડી આલુ!
(આજે મેં ભિંડી બટાકા બનાવ્યા છે.) અહીં ‘લેડિઝ ફિંગર વિથ પોટેટો’ એવું અનુવાદ કરવાની આવશ્યકતા નથી.
