There is one more career option for Civil engineers and that is as a Property Valuation or Real Estate Valuation engineer. After completing the education i.e. Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering you can start your own office to manage the works of valuations of various real estate properties for private sector or government sector also. For this registration the minimum qualification prescribed under section 34AB (Rule 8 A) of the Wealth Tax Act 1957.

All details are already available in free at anywhere in IOV form, online WT act 34ab, Annamalai booklet for admission any where in detail given.. i don't find any practical new thing. Suggest not buy or u can donate.

I was looking information for ; how to become valuer as a Civil Engineer. From where to start and where to stop all these things I was looking for. What study should I do & from where should I do all these things I was looking for. I was hoping you would have mentioned the institution from where I should get this valuation course certificate or degree course. Well I will Google it thank you for the information given in thewell I will Google it .Thank you for the information given in the book
