Umhüllt von undurchdringlicher Stille vegetierte die einsame Seele dahin. Sie wusste nicht, dass seit dem Ende ihres leiblichen Daseins Jahrtausende vergangen waren. Sie wusste gar nichts. Es gab nur sie und die allgegenwärtige Finsternis, die jeden Gedanken und jedes Gefühl in sich aufsog.
Wahrscheinlich hätte sie ewig in diesem Zustand am Rande der Nichtexistenz verharren können, genau wie es ihr Herr vor langer Zeit für sie vorgesehen hatte. Aber das Schicksal hatte andere Pläne mit ihr.
