About this eBook

She plans to open his mind. Instead he uncorks her heart.

Tyler Prentice is determined to launch his new winery with a sophisticated and delicious splash. He has a lot riding on this venture—pride, his dreams and all his savings. To ensure the success of his launch, he hires a top marketing firm. But Gianna Lucchia and her marketing plan is not what he expected or wants. Still, he can’t stop thinking about her.

Losing a major advertising account is devastating. Having to travel to Nowhere, Texas, to prove she can still create a successful branding campaign is even worse. But Gianna’s no quitter. Her plan is simple—get in, create buzz, return home. Except her presentation crashes and burns. Tyler’s ideas are different from hers and he wants something else. Her.

Working together on the launch invigorates more than Gianna’s creativity. Tyler is sexy, smart and challenges her on so many levels, but Gianna’s past threatens to destroy it all. Can Tyler let go of his pride and make an even bigger gamble…on love?

This is the second book in the Sweet Ridge series and one I can totally relate to myself. Tyler Prentice is fixing to release his first batch of wine and he needs to make sure that he has the best of the best in advertising all across the board. One of his college roommates said he would set him up and at the last minute well he ended up sending in a replacement person. That person is Gianna Lucchia. The only reason she got sent down to the minor leagues in nowhere Texas to help out on this account instead of the bigger account is that she told a client's son NO when he got all "handsy" then the client lied to her boss about it and said she came on to his son. AS IF. So in order for her to keep her job it is to Texas and a "backwater town" she must go. Well, things are not always as they seem and both Tyler and Gianna quickly learn this. Don't always take things at face value and surely do NOT trust your college roommate to tell you the truth if he works in the "Good Ole Boy Network." Because when it comes to money situations folks will usually stretch the truth and lie like dogs in the hot Texas sun if it means they can line their pockets with cash. This book taught us so much about stepping back, looking, and listening. Your family might actually really be there for you even if you think they are hundreds of miles away. I am so looking forward to the ball hitting brother of the bunch's book. His is next!

Falling for the Texan (Prentice Brothers of Sweet Ridge #2) by Nicole Flockton was a great 5 star read. I really enjoyed Tyler and Gianna’s story. Of course if you read the 1st book Tyler doesn’t exactly paint a very good picture of himself. As I got to know him better in this read I fell for him. Tyler is taking on wine making and is starting up his own company. He contacts his friend in New York to help with marketing and PR. Gianna is a New Yorker with the attitude to go with it. She was great and was a great strong character. She was sent to town to help market Tylers new company, but they don’t exactly start off on the right foot even though you can feel the sparks flying between them. Gianna has planned on staying 2 weeks, she works with Tyler on ideas and designs for the company. The longer she is in town the more she starts to like it and Tyler. She is also hoping that this campaign will be a success and impress her boss. Will Gianna accomplish her goal? Will she and Tyler get a HEA? Overall this was a great read. I enjoyed all of the characters and they added a great element to the story. If you're looking for a great romance this is the one for you. The author does a great job of pulling you in with her writing and you won’t want to put it down. It can be read as a stand alone, however reading book one will help you connect with some of the characters. 1-click and get started today.

Another great fun read in the Prentice Brother series these books are just sheer good fun I loved the first one but this one is even better which isn't always the case with series Tyler Prentice is determined to make a go of his new winery he has sunk all of his own money into it as he wants something that is totally his away from the wealth and influence of his family. He knows he will have to have a great marketing campaign if he is to start right so he asks his friend who owns a marketing company for his help. Gianna Lucchia is the executive sent to do that marketing she has recently lost a major case through no fault of hers and sees this has her chance to prove how good she is The only problem is she sets her entire campaign around his family name something that Tyler wants nothing to do with after all this business is all his and he wants to prove something with it. As they work together to find a new way to promote his winery Gia remembers just why she loves this industry and Tyler challenges her at every turn but as her past catches up to her will she crash and burn and will they both admit the attraction between them You will have to read is this ends with a HEA
