A favorite Fancy Nancy storybook about Halloween!

Today is Halloween, and Nancy can't wait to collect candy from each house she visits. But it's hard to leave all those delectable treats in her pumpkin pail.

Could there possibly be such a thing as too many bonbons? (That's a fancy word for candy!)

Your little sugar plum fairy will relate to this fun story of trick-or-treating with friends and family—and struggling to leave some of the bananza for later.

O autorze

Jane O’Connor was born and raised in the fabulous metropolis of New York City. That’s where she still lives with her husband, Jim, although both their grown sons did something unfathomable (that means "impossible to understand"). They moved to the West Coast! Besides writing the Fancy Nancy series and other books for children, Jane spent her whole career as an editor at major publishing houses. Recently retired, she finds herself with something she never had before—free time to do whatever she pleases.

Robin Preiss Glasser has illustrated many acclaimed picture books, including the bestselling Fancy Nancy series, Lambslide, Escape Goat, and Grand Jeté and Me: A Christmas Holiday Book for Kids. She won the Children’s Choice Award for Best Illustrator of the Year for Fancy Nancy and the Mermaid Ballet. Robin actually wore tiaras and tutus when she danced with the Pennsylvania Ballet. Now she happily spends her days in jeans, drawing. Robin and her family live in Southern California.
