In The Prometheus Saga, twelve authors unite to interpret how an alien presence would interact with the human condition over a time period that spans from the dawn of man to the present. But when one man’s charity helps another realize his calling is to end a third man’s life, what then? And what is one to do when the intended victim is the president of the United States?
1881 AD: After a close brush with death in a steamship disaster, Prometheus encounters another survivor who gripes about how aimless his life has become. Prometheus helps him find his purpose, inadvertently setting in motion the assassination of President Garfield.

Antonio Simon, Jr. is a lawyer and award-winning author of several books. He holds Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Miami (Florida) in the subjects of political science and history, as well as a Juris Doctorate from Saint Thomas University's School of Law. He lives in Miami.
