Finn: A Best Friend's Brother Mafia Romance

I have really enjoyed this series about the Donnelly family. Finn is the only brother who is still single and has become bored with his life. Until he meets his sister Imogen's best friend, Teagan. Tegan has just moved back to Dublin from Berlin trying to hide from an abusive ex. Because of her history this is a slow burn romance. I love Finn for being so gentle with her and letting her set the pace. And in return I love her for helping him see how much faith and trust his family has in him. Such a sweet moment between the two. The announcement made by Carrick, the head of the family and everyone's Da, is a great way to finish this series!

This story is dual POV, well written, and a sexy, contemporary, Irish mafia romance that completes a series. I enjoyed Teagan’s determination to make wise choices and her justified wariness, given the situation she’d just escaped. I enjoyed Finn’s patience and gentleness. I appreciated the condemnation of Teagan’s ex by all characters in the story. I enjoyed the growing intimacies between the lead characters. I enjoyed the integrated secondary characters. I enjoyed the background plot finale.

I have waited for Finn and he was even better than I hoped for. Teagan was amazing. So strong to move forward to heal and trust again. But Finn, all strong protector and alpha equals yummy on all levels!! He had a gentleness so him his brother just did not possess. I hated Ben, like I should have and am so happy Teagan found the other half that completes her.
