About this eBook

This first book in the addictive, romantic Firelight trilogy is perfect for fans of Rebecca Yarros, Jennifer Armentrout, and Tahereh Mafi.

With her rare ability to breathe fire, Jacinda is special even among the draki—the descendants of dragons who can shift between human and dragon forms.

But when Jacinda’s rebelliousness forces her family to flee into the human world, she struggles to adapt, even as her draki spirit fades. The one thing that revives it is the gorgeous, elusive Will—who comes from a long line of dragon hunters. Jacinda can’t resist getting closer to him, even though she knows she’s risking not only her life but the draki’s most closely guarded secret.

The steam rises with this fire-breathing romance about a girl whose love crosses an ancient divide, from New York Times bestselling author Sophie Jordan.

I love this book it had every thing I like; Fantasy, and Romance. But I am so mad because the author ended it with no complete end! When is the next book coming?, is the question I would like to know.

It was my very first fantasy romance book, and I love the idea about the romance between a dragon and a human. I read it when I was 15, now I'm 27 and I still love it. Will is too perfect, too good. He reminds me of Edward Cullen, only he's the human and even the hunter that haunt a dragon! Jacinda's thought is complicated, but it's acceptable since she's still so young. It's my favourite. I would recommend it to everyone who like fantasy-romance book! Btw I still like the old cover tho...

so much since Mercy Thompson from the Patricia Briggs shifter series!! The only thing I really liked about Disney's Beauty and the Beast was the songs, though the character of Belle wasn't too bad. Miranda is a better realized Belle though, plucky and brave, yet vulnerably human with a superhuman power. I love how we see both her and Archer's growth as individuals over the years, how flawed they both are yet perfect for each other. Ms. Callihan's detailed gothic atmospheric London is cinematic imagery.
