Charlene Delfin
It started out to be a game, Jordan knew how to play it. She had been through some. But that weekend in Vegas turned out to be something more and something real. Was she ready to risk her heart to Noah? Can she handle a relationship with a fighter pilot? I think this book would be greatly appreciated by the wives, girlfriends and women who aren't that sure about getting into relationships with service men. Chanel Cleeton had nailed it big time. There was so much feels, steam and romance rolled into one precious book. She explains how hard it is to become THAT woman, and yet how fulfilling that role can be. Love can be hard, relationships can be tough, you may have problems with communications, and sometimes it may bring you a lot of frustration and heartaches, but when you truly love someone - you can get through everything because you believe in that love, and whatever happens, you hold on to that love, that trust. All I can say is that you need to read this. You just have to. It’s like talking to a friend who’s giving you some sound advice when it comes to love. It will inspire you to love and to take risk. To think before jumping into something unknown and to make something complicated to simple. There was enough steam to keep the heat up on the cold nights, (and I thought that was it, but I was so wrong) there was so much heart, that emotions could burst through you. I love the maturity of their relationship, the ‘realness’ of it, and the fact that anyone can probably relate to it (regardless if you are in a relationship or not, or if you are with a service man or not). This book is for all the brave women out there who have stood up for their men, who have stayed loyal to them despite the hardships and who have loved them tirelessly. Chanel Cleeton have never disappointed me, ever! I can’t wait for more from this novel, especially with those amazing secondary characters she introduced us in this novel with promising storylines.
