I want a refund for this book because I want to read the book which has all the 5 stories in it - and costs less than this one. Unfortunately, I cannot see tyw option for refund and thus such a bad rating!

This only collects books 1-4 and you can buy all 5 books separately for £24.60 including the enhanced edition of book 1. This needs to be about £10 cheaper to make it good value.

Excellent writer, a somewhat lacklustre author. As soon as you figure out his pattern of writing in the second book, it becomes extremely predictable, gloomy and depressing... Am holding out for book 6, so not quite giving up hope entirely yet. Oh, and the tv series is far better than the book.

George R.R. Martin is the author of fourteen novels, including five volumes of A SONG OF ICE AND FIRE, several collections of short stories and numerous screen plays for television drama and feature films. He lives in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
