One of my favorite reads of the year. No, one of my favorites reads ever. Deleted Facebook and Facebook messenger off my phone thanks to this book! Would read this one again to help ingrain the importance of dopamine detox.

If you are ready to make radical changes in your approach to tech in your life, this book is for you. I really love how this book encourages you to take control of your relationship with your phone- to mindfully plan how you use the different apps and to find balance in your life. An absolute must-read!

This book had a lot of great information and gave me a new perspective on fasting. I have tried it before with limited success, but this book makes me want to try again. I definitely believe in the health benefits of fasting, and this book is a great advocate for it.
