About the author

Richard Jones is the Technical Director of i-KOS, a UK-based digital agency specializing in Drupal and e-commerce. He has been working with the project leads of Drupal Commerce since the early planning stages, and he maintains a number of contributed modules on drupal.org under the username ikos.Since joining i-KOS as Technical Director in 2003, Richard has worked with Managing Director Myles Davidson to build the business from a 3-person web agency into a 20-person e-commerce consultancy powered by Drupal. During that time, he has worked on some of the largest high-profile Drupal Commerce builds to date. Richard heads up all Drupal site builds and e-commerce projects at i-KOS. He specializes in Drupal site development, training and bespoke module development, Internet strategy, and e-commerce. Richard is a prolific Drupal module contributor and a regular speaker at UK and international Drupal events.Outside of the Drupal world, Richard lives on the south coast of England in Hove with his wife and two young daughters.
