I recommend you to read this book because you can look up what some of these girls did , well I did, but anyway you can tell how much they practice/train because some of these tricks are very hard to do. I like this book because I have done gymnastics myself, and I think it is super fun, but also a little challenging. Well, it depends on what level of gymnastics you are on. You might be on level one and be learning how to do cartwheels or something, it just depends on your coach and your level, but as long as your having fun then you will succeed.
