The author descibes her writing process much like mine is. I didn't expect to relate so much. This is an easy and light read with useful tips that will aide many to keep up the writing process. You gain the perspective that we aren't all that different.

Gives you some ideas on how to get depression off your mind and become occupied with other thoughts. Somewhat helpful but a bit short.
