With his unique combination of hilarious stories, zany pictures and riotous rhymes, Dr. Seuss has been delighting young children and helping them learn to read for over fifty years. Creator of the wonderfully anarchic Cat in the Hat, and ranked among the UK’s top ten favourite children’s authors, Dr. Seuss is a global best-seller, with over half a billion books sold worldwide.

Green eggs and ham is a wonderful book. My 6-Year-Old child and I really like it. My child knew the book before me and recommended it to me. I bought it here on Google Play books. at the end of the book it reads the author, 'Dr. Seuss', would have used not more than 50 words in this book. It uses rhyming and verse. If your mood is good enough while you read it out aloud it can be a lot of fun. My 6-year-old and I like the humour. I personally also like hip hop and rap music since both use artistic rhythm and rhyming of syllables which can be very enjoyable to read and to listen to. Another children book author, Julia Donaldson, also wrote famous children stories using verse and rhyme.
