Some twists I saw coming. Others I did not. Really unrealistic book with everyone being female. That's probably my biggest complaint. Made it unrealistic for me. Their dialogue is kinda lame at times too. But the mystery was good. Lots of lesbians too. Kind of seems like the writer is trying too hard to get men or gay women to read his books and that also made it very unrealistic

Started out with promise, but lost momentum quickly. The characters lacked depth, the dialogue was unintelligent and unbelievable and the plot lines dragged on, seemingly forgotten at times. I finished it because of the "shocking twist" at the end, which was actually quite predictable and lacked creativity. I'd encourage others to save yourself the time..

I enjoyed this story, there were some interesting twists, but I'm not a fan of this author's style of writing. Much of the dialogue seemed forced and the characters never really came to life for me. Also, there was zero scare factor here. A decent crime novel but I wouldn't pick up another book from Gregg Olsen. I'll just stick with Stephen King if I want to be scared.
