This is an excellent read for those who want to understand the world of economics. Ha-Joon Chang explains various economic theories and their underlying concepts and the people behind those theories. This helps one to understand the flaws in each system and why the world behaves the way it does today. If you want to understand economics of today its very important to understand the economics of the past. Economists have found a niche for themselves by making the subject of economics harder for ordinary people to understand but this book helps you to see through their tricks and makes every thing very clear and easy to understand.
