About this ebook

George Orwell’s novel ‘1984’ predicted a totalitarian state controlling it’s citizens and destroying human freedoms. For Sikhs in India, the actual year of 1984 represents the mechanisms of such a murderous state apparatus, which were experienced with devastating malice.

this was very informative being an American that was alive in 1984 I knew very little about what went on in India back then and that I blame on our press I've always been interested in world news and I don't remember reading or hearing anything about the genocide and that I don't understand also there is a very good size sikh community where I live an as a whole they are an asset I haven't a cross word to say about any Sikhs I have met
