Harriet Hodgson has been a freelancer for 44 years and is the author of 43 books, nine of them about grief healing. Many of her books have won awards. Most of Hodgson's books are written from experience. "I write to figure things out," she admits. Hodgson is Assistant Editor of an online grief support community and a member of The Compassionate Friends organization. She gives grief workshops at international and local grief conferences.
