About this eBook

Dr. Jason Ayers unleashes all of his rage and his frustration through fists and brute force in an underground boxing ring. The werewolf may be the pack's doctor, but he can't even heal his coma-stricken father after the Nero Organization's attack stopped his heart. And as his Pack brothers settle down around him, he still refuses to believe in the fairy tale notion that every wolf has a true mate...

In hiding and on the run, nurse Kilani Akamu is a loose end that Nero is desperate to tie up. She can't afford to be attracted to a doctor-especially one as unexpectedly hot and complex as Jason. Yet the sexual sparks arcing between them are undeniable...and Kilani's precognitive senses warn her that temptation is inevitable.

All it takes is one touch to send Jason's wolf howling. But even if he could protect her from Nero, he can't protect her from himself...

Each book in the Moon series is a standalone, full-length story that can be enjoyed out of order.

Dr. Jason Ayers doesn’t believe in the fairy tale notion that every wolf has a true mate but all it takes is one touch to send Jason’s wolf howling but how can he protect her from Nero when he can’t protect from himself in this electrifying paranormal romance. As a loose end that Nero is desperate to tie up, Kilani can’t afford to be attracted to a doctor – especially one as sexy and complex as Jason and the reader can’t help but get caught up in the electrifying chemistry that flows from these strong, bewitching characters as they discover that fighting fate may the worse thing they could do. Emotional turmoil from both Jason and Kilani captures the heart as their past gets in the way of them believing in an happily ever after and the fast paced, smooth flowing plot keeps readers on the edge with lots of suspense, turmoil, excitement and romance. Jason uses the fight club to unleash the rage inside him which has expectation building as he begins to realize that it may not be enough anymore and anticipation builds as Kilani fights her visions but has to embrace them if she wants everyone to survive the threat that Nero poses and the only help the pack has in keeping Kilani safe isn’t someone they can really trust. The intriguing events draw the reader into the well written scenes and details that paint vivid images that bring the story to life making it easy for the readers to picture each and every event as it happens. Lisa Kessler’s done it again with another spectacular story in the Moon series, the werewolf pack in Reno knows how to entertain their readers and of course how to make my heart pound. I was completely spellbound with Jason and Kilani’s story as they captured my heart and I am so excited because Jason has a twin brother and I believe his story is next….
