Just like Hattie Harmony, she uses tools like mindful meditation and yoga whenever she's feeling a little anxious. She lives in Sonoma, California with her husband, Robbie Arnett.

Robbie Arnett is a writer and musician who loves to go for a hike when he's overwhelmed. This is his debut picture book with his wife, Elizabeth Olsen. He lives in Sonoma, California, where he bangs on his drums when he feels anxious.

Marissa Valdez worked as a preschool teacher before writing and illustrating children's books. When she needs to feel more present, she sketches in her notebook. She lives in Houston, Texas, with an impressive collection of gnomes.
