This book introduces the fundamentals of weight loss due to a healthier lifestyle. It is very basic. Albeit basic, I still learned something from this book. I learned what a weight loss platue is. Hitting a weight loss platue means that your body gets used to the reduced calorie intake due to calorie restriction and stops burning fat stores. A wonderful first pick book when embarking on a weight loss journey.

it's easy to read, but it keeps repeating same thing. Also doesn't give you the plan on how to loose weight exactly

EVEN THOUGH I LOST 24 POUNDS IN 3 MONTHS. I'M STILL GOING AT IT. I HAVE DISABILITIES WALKING AROUND ALOT. I'M NOT A QUITTER
