Dear readers,
Born in a farmer’s family on 16th December 1968 in a small village named Ambewadgaon, district Beed of Maharashtra in India.
This book is dedicated to my parents who always inspired me to be grateful.
Once I was stung by a honey bee while doing survey work for a road in the forest, it caused a lot of trouble. The accompanying people called out to the local tribal people. One of them, without a moment's delay crushed the leaves of a tree with a stone and added a little water to make a paste. Applied it to my forehead where the bee had stung. Within a few minutes, I felt the pain diminishing and within 30 to 40 minutes, I felt completely fine.
So, from that day on I started studying Ayurveda. It took me 7 years and 8 months to write this entire book “Health Ailments??? Home Remedies✓”.
For this, I referred to numerous Ayurvedic books written by great authors and great Ayurveda experts all over ancient and modern India.
