Another person who doesn't understand the concept of "disease". Depression is not feeling sad, it is a brain disorder. Very misleading title. "Tips on feeling not so sad if you aren't depressed" might be better. And you can get those from any magazine or website.

I taked ESCITALOPRAN For my Depression for some time. Has some results.Before,I taken SEROTONIN. I don't looked to the light at the end of the tunnel pretty soon? Read several books by Leo Busgaslia;and one particular book:Darkness Visible by the late noted Writer:William Styron. I'm awared of several famous writers,and others suffering from depression. Maybe once,I wasn't unaware Clinical Depression Life is hard. I admired and read online some famous and infamous who have dealted with their Depression? They're an old saying:Living is Hard Dieing is Easy. A few famous succumbed to Alcohol and Drugs. Why weren't relatives or friends made the effort,or been around give a helping hand,and tough Love?
